Admission Requirements
Criteria
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Medical certificate: Category 1
Course Duration
- For a full-time student, it typically takes 4 to 6 months on average.
License Issuance
- The student must pass a written exam and a flight test.
THEORY PROGRAM
Ground subjects covered (minimum 80 hours)
- Air law
- Airframes, engines, circuits, and systems
- Flight theory & aerodynamics
- Meteorology
- Navigation
- Radio communication
- Flight operations & management
- Human factors and decision-making
- Issuance of other licenses
PRATICAL PROGRAM
Flight Time Breakdown (minimum 100 hours)
- 55 hours of dual instruction flight
- Instrument flight practice
- 35 hours of solo flight
- Navigation practice
- 10 hours of solo or dual instruction flight
- Advanced flight practice
